After having a long year with various professional involvements, even during the second wave of pandemic, Educo Bangladesh team participated in a team building residential workshop ‘Reality and Dream: 2021 to 2025’. While ensuring all the health and hygiene protocols, the entire Educo Bangladesh team participated in the workshop to discuss some key questions like ‘As an organization Where are we now (2021)?’, ‘Where do we want to go (2025)?’, ‘And how to go from 2021 to 2025?’. The 03-day long workshop included several recreational activities apart from the discussions. Educo Bangladesh employees were guided to successfully comply to their responsibilities as leaders and make their dreams for Educo successful. Mr. Pau Aragay (Director, Impact & Organizational Improvement) from Educo global team also joined virtually and encouraged Educo Bangladesh team to keep up the good spirit, work together to successfully reach out to a sustainable future.
