Educo Bangladesh has organized a 5-day residential workshop for partners to share Educo policies and strategic directions & priorities and listen from them for strengthening the working relationship with them. The event was held at the GKPHA and Hope Foundation training center from August 28th to September 1st, 2022.
Forty-two (42) participants including Partners’ Project Focal Person, and Project Coordinators/Managers, Finance and Administrative Officer, Technical/Project Officer from eight (8) organizations were present in the workshop.
Key contents were:
- Educo Policies (PPSEAH, CoC, CSP, Gender Policy, Environmental Policy)
- Strategic Priorities and Thematic Focus (Education, Child Protection, Child Labour, DRR, Empowerment)
- Financial Compliance, Communication, Advocacy, and Impact Measurement
Educo colleagues from different departments facilitated the sessions. Partners also shared their focus, learning and best practices. This initiative created a common platform for partners from different parts of the country for continuous knowledge sharing.
