Educo Bangladesh team, with the support of partner NGOs (SACHETAN, ESDO, POPI), has organized a workshop on “Preprimary Education and Training Manual Development” for the staffs of partners and Educo Bangladesh from 18-19 October’21 at Rajshahi, north-western part of Bangladesh. Fourteen participants from 3 Partner NGOs and Educo Country staffs attended in the workshop. The main purpose of the workshop was to enhance the understanding and skills of partners on Preprimary Education Program being implemented by the Government and deliver the Government Teachers Training more efficiently. The major contents trained in the training were

  1. critical review and identify the common structure of the update Govt Pre-Primary Education (PPE);
  2. understanding and skills on the Pre-primary and Early Childhood Care & Education approaches/methodology, and
  3. consensus of facilitate the Teachers training more efficiently at field level.

All the participants were engaged in the workshop process in an active and reflective ways in persons by maintaining COVID-19 guideline. Through an initial assessment, the participants both conceptually and emotionally were boosted enough as it has been arranged after a long break due to COVID19 crisis.
