Education and Development Foundation-Educo Bangladesh has developed 09 internal funded development projects under its Country Programmatic framework (CPF) to contribute to its 03 social impact outcomes and 04 programmatic goals of Global Impact Framework (GIF) and Global Programmatic Framework (GPF) respectively. To be aligned with global impact measurement plan and for detail planning and developing benchmark for monitoring and evaluation, baseline assessment has been completed with the support of Educo Bangladesh’s internal resources and technical expertise from Feb-Mar 2021.
Through the assessment, Educo Bangladesh’s Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEAL) team tried to capture key components at the same time major cross cutting and thematic areas of Educo Bangladesh (e.g gender equity, protection, child labour, ethnicity, DRR, climate, livelihoods, health, education) to contribute future programming. The assessment was essential to find out the present situation of Educo’s current working areas while considering the project indicators and objectives. The situation shall be compared to find out the achievement against the indicators and objectives at the end of the project.
The field-based data collectors were trained by the MEAL team. After the completion of data collection in all intervention districts, data will be processed, analyzed and presented through a baseline report by April 2021.
